Sai Pranav

Sai Pranav is a practising Advocate at the Chambers of S. S. Naganand. He holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the School of Law, Christ University, along with a Diploma in Corporate Taxation from NALSAR University. He began his career with JUSTLAW, where he practised until 2025 before joining the Chambers.

 

His areas of practice include taxation, insolvency, debt recovery, and company law, with experience in oppression and mismanagement proceedings, IBC matters, misfeasance adjudication, liquidator proceedings, GST and service tax disputes, and commercial litigation. Sai Pranav regularly appears before the High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, and DRT.
